Terms and Conditions

• Check-in: Is available from 12pm (noon) on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. 
• Cancellation/refund policy: To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card number and expiry date is required, or a cheque can be posted for one nights accommodation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date.  Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will attract one full nights room cost. This will be debited against the credit card confirming the reservation.  If you book more than one room and you have to cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival, you will incur a $35.00 administration charge per room.
• Credit Card guarantees: No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred.
• Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Early departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.
• Smoking: Our guest rooms are smoke free.  Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
• General: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.  Visitors are only allowed onsite till 9pm.
• Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
